Young people may feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that affect school, friendships, or life at home. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating. It can be engaging, supportive, and even fun. I work with children and adolescents ages 5 to 19 experiencing anxiety, depression, non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), and OCD. I support families navigating big emotions and big behaviors with compassion, structure, and practical tools that make everyday life feel more manageable.

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and evidence-based, tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. I draw from DBT, CBT, EMDR, and ERP to build a toolkit that fits the person in front of me. I also bring play into session to meet people where they are, helping them build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and make progress in a way that feels natural rather than forced. I have experience working with adolescents who experience suicidal ideation (SI), and I approach this work with care, steadiness, and respect for what each young person is carrying. I believe deeply in rapport built through laughter, fun activities, and a judgment-free space, one where each young person feels safe enough to open up and build the skills they need to navigate anxiety and distressing situations.
