I am a Social Work Master’s student providing therapy with the Vermont Wellness Collaborative in Colchester and online. Prior to my MSW program, I had wide-ranging professional experiences as a postpartum doula, Family Support Specialist working with parents of children with special health needs, and energy therapist– providing Reiki and spiritual support for oncology patients, chronic and terminally ill people, bereaved parents, and people experiencing major life transitions. Additionally, I have personal experience with postpartum anxiety and depression; receiving an adult ADHD diagnosis; parenting neurodivergent children, a child with a cancer diagnosis (she is now in remission and doing great!), and a gender expansive child; and discovering my own queerness late in life, opening my marriage, and exploring ENM/polyamory.

I incorporate elements of ACT, IFS, polyvagal theory, somatic work, and tarot and astrology as a framework for self-reflection for those who are interested. I also draw upon social construction theory in my work, illuminating the pitfalls of living under late-stage Capitalism, Patriarchy, Racism, and other forms of oppression as major contributors to our personal and interpersonal struggles. While we cannot solve these problems in the therapy space, we can develop skills and resources to keep ourselves afloat as we navigate these confusing and troubling times. No one should be doing life alone, and a therapist can be an integral part of collective care!
