Waypoint: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
A values-oriented path forward for those navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and life’s deeper challenges.
At Waypoint, we offer a specialized Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) grounded in evidence-based care and compassionate community. Designed for individuals who need more than weekly therapy but don’t require inpatient treatment, Waypoint provides structured, trauma-informed support to help you build resilience, reconnect with your values, and move toward the life you want — even when the waves are high.
Who We Serve
Waypoint is ideal for adults who:
-
Struggle with persistent anxiety, avoidance, or perfectionism
-
Feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out despite past therapy
-
Are navigating major life transitions, grief, or relational distress
-
Need more consistent, intensive support to stabilize and grow
-
Want to learn tools to ride the waves of emotion, not resist them
At this time, we can only accept BCBS Insurance.
What Makes Waypoint Different
-
Focused on Anxiety & Emotional Avoidance: Our primary track is built around understanding and healing anxiety in its many forms — from high-functioning worry to panic, OCD, or trauma-related distress.
-
Values-Based, Not Symptom-Obsessed: Using the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we help you move toward what matters — even when discomfort shows up.
-
Group-Centered Healing: Our program emphasizes the power of peer connection, relational support, and shared growth.
-
Multidisciplinary Approach: Clients have access to licensed therapists, case managers, and psychiatric providers in a coordinated care environment.

Why “Waypoint”?
A waypoint is a marker on a journey — a place to pause, recalibrate, and reorient toward your destination. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to take the next step, in the direction that matters most to you.
